Single-Seat License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Single seat license”) governs the use of the accompanying digital asset (“Asset”). By downloading, installing, or using the Asset, you (“Licensee”) agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license to use the Asset for personal or internal business purposes.
A single seat is defined as use by one individual user.
Only the licensed individual may access, install, or work with the Asset.
2. Restrictions
The Licensee may not:
Redistribute, sublicense, sell, share, gift, or otherwise transfer
the Asset, in its original or modified form, to any third party.Make the Asset available to others via shared drives, cloud folders, team servers, or any system where more than one individual could access it.Claim authorship or ownership of the Asset.
3. Team & Multi-Seat Usage
If the Asset is used in a team, studio, company, or collaborative environment:
Each individual user must purchase their own license.
Shared usage without the required number of purchased seats is strictly prohibited.
4. Permitted Uses
The Licensee may:
Use the Asset in personal or commercial projects.Modify the Asset for internal use (modifications remain subject to all restrictions).Include the Asset
as part of a larger project
where it
cannot be extracted or reused
(e.g., embedded in a video or application), provided the Asset itself is not redistributed.
5. Ownership
The Asset is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Asset remain with the Licensor.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate the Agreement if the Licensee breaches any terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the Asset.
7. No Warranty
The Asset is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Asset.
8. Updates
The Licensor may provide updates to the Asset at their discretion. Updates remain covered under this Agreement unless otherwise stated.
